Hi, I’m Jonatan.

If you’re reading this, you may be living with chronic illness, prolonged stress, or a nervous system that feels stuck in survival mode. Your body may no longer feel safe. Your world may have grown smaller. Symptoms may occupy much of your inner landscape, shaping how you move through your days.

You are not alone. Many people arrive here after carrying more than their system was ever meant to hold.

I know this terrain intimately. After living through chronic neurological Lyme disease myself, my nervous system spent years in a persistent state of survival. That lived experience, along with my gradual journey toward greater stability, meaning, and health, has profoundly shaped how I understand healing and how I support others today.

Through this journey, I came to see healing not as forcing the body to change, but as a shift in the state we live from. When the nervous system is organized around threat, stress becomes the lens through which everything is experienced: thoughts, sensations, relationships, and our outlook on life. As safety, connection, and openness slowly become more available in the body, a different state begins to emerge. One that supports regulation, clarity, and healing, even when symptoms are still present.

This is where nervous system regulation comes in. It offers a way to gently, sometimes gradually, sometimes surprisingly quickly, move out of survival and toward a state of greater safety and coherence.

As this shift unfolds, deeper alignment becomes possible. Old survival strategies begin to loosen. We reconnect with values, intuition, and parts of ourselves that feel authentic and alive. Over time, this inner reorganization naturally extends outward into our relationships, our work, and our sense of connection with life and with ourselves.

My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you through this process with presence, steadiness, and deep respect for your nervous system’s pace. My intention is to help you move out of survival and toward a life that feels more spacious, grounded, and genuinely alive.

  • Sleep disturbances, digestive issues, and trauma imprinting

  • Benzodiazepine, neuroleptic/nerve-pain medication, and antidepressant tapering and withdrawal

What Actually Matters

While these trainings and experiences offer a meaningful framework for understanding what may be happening beneath the surface, they are not what define my work.

My true skill lies in having lived and implemented every one of these tools, not in ideal conditions, but while symptomatic, dysregulated, and navigating real-world challenges.

Teaching ourselves safety in the middle of a storm, while in pain is like defying gravity. It’s a complete surrender into a new way of being, and that is the step we all need to take to heal.
